President Erdoğan spoke at the AK Party Grand National Assembly Group Meeting.

Erdoğan said, “While we are surrounded by a ring of fire, we have avoided any political debate that would distract us. Our silence is not because we condone impudence, but out of our decency.”

Erdoğan continued, “In the sensitive period we are going through, we will not allow anger, hatred, and the language of conflict and dispute to poison politics.”

Erdoğan stated, “The war continues, increasing its threat level. Our priority is for our country to get through this period without incident. We are determined to keep Türkiye away from this fire.”

Speaking about the US and Israeli attacks on Iran, Erdoğan said, “It should not be forgotten that every drop of blood spilled in war will be a lifeline that extends Netanyahu’s political life. The Israeli Government is primarily responsible for this illegal war, which not only turned our region into a battlefield but also imposed an economic burden on all humanity. Our hope is for the path to peace to be opened before more blood is shed. For this, we will continue to put our hands, and if necessary, our bodies, under the stone.”
